Responsibilities : 

An educator at Vidyādhāra would have a chance to employ their creativity while fulfilling the following responsibilities.
1. Teaching – Primary, Upper Primary and High School levels.
2. Developing content and TLMs.
3. Design and execute co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
4. Research and development.
5. Contribute towards Teacher Training.
6. Participate in administration of the school.

What are we looking for in an Educator?

Teaching : You have prior experience / a keen interest in teaching young students.
Subject : You are good at the subjects of your interest and are passionate about exploring it deeper.
Child Psychology : You have studied child psychology/ have experience enough to understand a child.
Learning & Development : You know how learning happens and are aware of various learning styles and their relationship with child development.
Communication : You are a good communicator and enjoy assisting and hanging out with young   students, peers and parents of students.
Multi-tasking : You can plan and work on multiple projects at the same time.
Social Service : You have a strong interest in social issues.
Adaptable : You can manage new situations and manage your work comfortably with limited supervision.
