Ms. Sirisha Kandukuri

Ms. Sirisha is a founding member of the school. She has a Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from JNTUCEH and a Masters in Education (Elementary) from TISS, Mumbai. She has a decade long experience in the ERP software industry. She has worked in Rishi Valley where she was involved in designing teacher training programs. She has also worked at RV Educational Consortium, where she was involved in action research. She has a keen understanding of the varied learning styles of children, how attitudes towards different subjects develop and how schooling experience shapes the mind of a child. At school she is involved in curriculum development, teacher training, and English Language education.

Prof. A.R. Papi Reddy

Dr. Papi Reddy is a founding member of the school. He has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from JNTUCEH and a Ph.D. from IIM Bangalore in Operations Management. He currently is a faculty at IIM Nagpur. He has worked in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. in their Aviation Services Facility. He has also worked in the corporate field developing AI/ML based solutions in the R&D division of Mphasis Ltd. knows as Nextlabs. He has taught various MBA courses at MYRA Business School, Mysore, Christ University, Bengaluru. He was involved in developing the philosophy of Education at our school, and setting up processes accordingly. As of now he is in an advisory role as a honorary director of Vidyadhara School.

Dr. Lewin Sivamalai

Dr. Lewin has a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT, Thiruchirapalli and a Ph.D. from IIM Bangalore in Decision Sciences and Information Systems. He has been working in the corporate sector after his doctoral studies. He has been a friend of Vidyadhara School since its inception and has been contributing to developing TLMs with special emphasis on using strategy games, and card games as learning tools. His interests include developing creative quizzes.

Ms. Tulasi M

Ms. Tulasi has a Bachelors in Education. She has about 15 years of experience in teaching. She has worked with Satsang Vidyalaya prior to joining us where she has been trained in Activity Based Learning and classroom management especially the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) group. At Vidyadhara she teaches Telugu, literacy, phonics and numeracy to ECE and EPC groups. She is working on study of English as a language and EVS and integration of EVS and language education.

Ms. Poulamee Bhattacharya

Ms. Poulamee has a Diploma in Education from University of Calcutta. She also has a Bachelors in Natural Sciences, with a specialization in nutrition. She has worked as a corporate trainer prior to joining us. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali. Her interests include English Language teaching, Hindi, EVS and Science.
